Invasive Serif - ISITUSA Copyright 2026 ISITUSA. Approved botanical display lettering for ISITUSA headings and wordmarks. One upright Bold face (CSS weight 700); 297 encoded Latin characters, numerals, accents and punctuation. Use native kerning and normal tracking. Do not synthesize bold or italic. Keep paragraphs, controls, scientific names and dense data in the existing readable sans-serif. Version 1.001 lowers only the h top serif by 20 units to align with capital T. Version 1.002 balances the a between the t letters in States: ta moves from -9 to +1 units and at from 0 to -10 units. The word's total advance is unchanged. All glyph drawings, metrics and other kerning pairs remain as in 1.001. Version 1.003 further tightens at from -10 to -16 units, bringing the ending tes in States 6 units closer to Sta while preserving the approved ta spacing. Version 1.004 tightens at to -40 units following visual review. Relative to 1.003, tes moves 24 units left; Sta, letter outlines and other pairs are unchanged. Version 1.005 unifies wordmark and font spacing: US is -40 and SA is -36 units. The logo uses native font kerning, replacing its former separate optical offsets. Compared with the 1.004 logo, U-S closes 16 units and S-A closes 12 units. States spacing and all glyph outlines and advance metrics are preserved. The source/approved-master.ttf is the immutable drawing and kerning master. Repackage with scripts/build-invasive-serif.py and scripts/render-brand-v10.mjs. NYBG was visual inspiration; no proprietary NYBG font software or outlines are included. This download does not grant rights to imply an ISITUSA endorsement or affiliation.
